It is raining right down and we now have 1.82 inches! Thank you, God for the moisture! It is so appreciated!--MoM
MoM has been in a tizy for nearly a month now... she has been ill and has been dealing with the mirade of doctors... all started when she had blood in her poop... and her rbc went from 11 to 9... her doctor had fits... sent her to gastroenterologist... and she did upper gi.... no ulcer.... but in meantime... blood went back to 11 with the addition of iron... and the stopping of Vitorian.. a combo of zeta and zocore... think it was the zeta that caused the problems.
She had a ct yesterday and back to dr... blood is back to 11.2 and no blood in poop.... so thing are looking up at this end of MoM....( Uh... no pun intended there)
School starts soon... ready or not...
MoM went on FACEBOOK and did a post... she doesn't know how to navigate it yet.. but my picture is there for her photo... I am a star... always knew it.... BB

So... problems do resolve... or part 2 ...

Remember the problem MoM had with the other teacher????
MoM just wrote her school phone # on a piece of paper and took it to the teacher... saying, " If we get too loud, just call and that way, you won't have to walk over..." Then, MoM went back to her class and she and the kids closed and locked her door.... and the kids were quiet... and that is not what the class is supposed to be! The class is supposed to be a place where they can burn off energy and talk and let off steam.... because the rest of the day they are rigid in a desk! Oh well. The kids understand that it is not MoM... it is Mrs.... and that, too, takes care of problems for MoM... but maybe not for the other lady.... gotta love workplace problems!

Hard day's Night.....

MoM has has a hard week! First, she told a kiddo that her work was crappy (MoM says that it was and that the kiddo did everything MoM said NOT to do)....and the kiddo bawled and squalled -- 8th grader.... Gotta love the PMS at that level....
Then, today, the kiddos were their usual noisy selves... and here comes the teacher next door... all bent out of shape and stressed to the max over TAKS... and having kiddos that don't have a chance in ....(Fill in the appropriate place!) of passing.... and fusses at MoM's class to be quiet.... Ah... so they were loud... but she has no right to come take over MoM's class.... After TAKS... when the estrogen levels go back to semi-normal, MoM will deal with this problem.....
Then, MoM has been sick all week... not sick-sick.... but sick at stomach sick.... there is a bug going around (I'm not worried... it is a "People" bug...)......
And how has your week been????? Better than MoM's I hope!

How to feed the "baby"....
Mom says to click on the tab that says "More" at the bottom of Baby's space. Hay will appear. "Grab" it with the mouse....
MOM!A MOUSE! KILL IT! BITE IT! STOMP IT!.
Ooops.... MoM says it isn't THAT KIND OF A MOUSE-- SO COOL IT!
So.. grab the hay with the left click on the mouse and poke it on Baby's nose...and he eats!

MoM has great artists!

<
As promised... here are some of the finished products from MoM's art students.... Now, these may look pretty simple... but they are done freehanded... first drawn with pencil on 70 # 14X17" paper and then colored with crayon....Pretty good work for some graphite and colored wax! And... these are 6th, 7th, & 8th graders.... WOW! What work from kids who couldn't even trace when they came in.
Mom got tickled when several of the little ones (6th graders) dug through their portfolios and oooooed and ah-ed about how far they had come since the first drawings they did (a sphere) 18 weeks ago....
MoM says that you gotta love ART! It is sooooo much fun! Personally, I would rather tear up kleenx or scatter toys... but then, I'm only a mouser and kibble eater.....
